I highly recommend this company! After 10 days with no heating and 3 failed attempts by our homeowners warranty to send a qualified technician to fix the issue, I found NumberA One Plumbing. Dave was able to schedule our service within 24 hours, and Tyler (our tech) fixed our heating within 20 minutes. He was knowledgeable, patient, and successfully resolved the problem. Look no further if you need great, reliable service. 10/10!

I had my kitchen sink back up and couldn't clear it with Drayno. I called A-1 and Leo came over within an hour. in 30 minutes the blockage was cleared. They cleaned up the mess like it never happened. I was very satisfied with their work. Thank you. 5 stars.

Communication with Dave was pleasant when I called him on a hot Saturday evening for a non working HVAC. I received confirmation for a Sunday from 11-2 pm. I was very impressed with the responsiveness.

When Sunday 1:30 pm came around, I called for an ETA and found out they took an emergency call and was behind schedule. A few hours later, the technician called and told us he won't be coming and that our appt will need to be rescheduled.

I contacted Dave to try to get someone out since they close 10 pm. Dave said he would get back to me...........Still waiting for that call back. :(

Our air conditioning stopped working in the super hot heat of LA summer and I have a newborn baby. Dave and Claudio were speedy to reply, diagnose over the phone and walk me through a step by step on how to fix the problem. They followed up to make sure the problem resolved. Professional, thorough, knowledgeable and kind. I would highly recommend their services and will be using them in the future.

They charged me $300 for the material cost of capacitor for my heating system plus $245 for the labor cost. Total $545 for replacing a capacitor. The capacitor actually only cost under $50, and so it's at least 6 times more they charged me on the materials cost of capacitor. Rip off. Be aware.

he helped us save money but also gave us such great advice with keeping up maintenance when it came to my air conditioning. super sweet guy and really knows what he's doing. in the NE area i wouldn't recommend anyone else ! thank you dave !

Dave personally took our call on a holiday weekend when it was over 100° for an emergency HVAC outage. Not only was he able to schedule an appointment, Claudio arrived two hours early and fixed the problem. He had total knowledge of a system they hadn't serviced before, but more importantly, his sincerity to help our family was the priority and Dave followed up with a call to make sure everything was good for us. Thank goodness in this day and age that we have someone like this who cares about the service they provide and do it well.

Claudio is the nicest and most patient technician I've ever encountered. Friday night before the Labor Day weekend, I came home after work just to find out my central AC stopped working. I called a few places but most of them were closed or the calls just went to voicemail. I called NumberA One and Dave transferred my call to Claudio. He spent 45-60 mins walking me through all steps to identify the issue. It turned out that my control board was the issue. He then reached out to his supplier Saturday morning to get a replacement board. I highly recommend this company!

These guys are awesome! Claudio was super helpful and called me to not only trouble shoot and fix my AC issue over the phone, but saved me the time and money in the process of not needing a full fledge service call. Highly recommend these guys!

Wow! These folks were amazing! They just replaced our very old unit during this awful heat wave. Claudio came out quickly, assessed, gave options, was incredibly communicative and thorough. Delivered on his word! Brought in his team and made it happen. Awesome job!
