Charged 2 hours for 45 minutes of work. He took about 15 phone calls over that time, so I assumed that would be subtracted from the billable time, but i was wrong. If you hire these, take the phone before you let them inside and you might get your money's worth. He did show up on time, but i was probably the first call. Also, they try to push this preventative maintenance scam on you first thing before they start working. I'm sure i paid $200 bucks an hour for that spiel too as well as his phone time. They also charge you a gas surcharge, which i find ridiculous. A $400+ drain snaking AND i paid for his gas to get there. Pathetic.

As usual, service from Don is really great. Gets the work done, and does it right. I like that I can call #1 the night before, leave a message with the service and someone calls me the next morning, usually scheduling me in an already full day.

No. 1 Plumbing did a great job with our swamp cooler switch-over. Ricardo took care of cleaning and shutting down the cooler and then made sure our heating system (which is not your typical furnace setup) was running properly. He even checked to be sure there was no carbon monoxide being emitted from the system. Bring on the cold weather -- we're ready!

I first called Number 1 plumbing when I heard water running inside of my wall. They sent someone out right away to resolve the issue even though it was a holiday. I was impressed with the service and quality of work and care. That was about 8 years ago. Over the years, Number 1 has handled electrical, plumbing and heating/cooling for me, my family and friends. Today, Chance provided excellent quality of service to get my home ready for winter. I highly recommend Number 1 Plumbing!
