He measured our small space, evaluated the extra work to run piping through the attic to vent outside, and gave me a very fast and fair quote. Came back the next day with tank that I wanted, along with every piece of material needed. Had a great time talking with him, he is very knowledgeable with years of plumbing experience. Xustomer service was so great. He finished the job, walked me through everything he did, and then spoke to me about management of the system. Very thorough, very professional, and a fantastic job. Would highly recommend this diamond in the rough!!
