Make sure you do your due diligence in understanding how plumbers do their job or you can get taken advantage of. Always request a camera inspection with your hydrojet work or you can get taken advantage of and will have the same plumber come back after 3 months once your warranty has expired and pay another $500 for a hydrojet service.

My backyard drain had a nasty clog due to roots and mud accumulated over years. NuGen team did an amazing job at clearing the stuff. They were extremely professional and proficient at the work. Highly recommended!

I usually don't do review much but when I do, it is mostly complaints.
Well, for this case, it is different.
on Wednesday, I've call around for plumbers to get a quote for a leaky shower. After 3 calls straight, none of the plumbers called me back, so I assumed that the job was too small. On my fourth call after a few rings, Kevin of NuGen Plumbing took the call. He was polite and agreed to meet me at 5 pm.
He arrived clean and looked at my shower. He opened the shower handle and replaced the cartilage. Sadly, it was the whole shower unit was leaking, so he has to replace the whole thing. This is not an easy task because it was a 6+ hours job. So, he came back the next day and start to work. He shield the bath tub with a towel, then shaved the tile down a bit to allow the old unit to be taken out and to solder a few new pipes and install the new unit. For the whole 6 hours, he seems to like what he does, because he did not rush his work and took his time to get it done. After he was done, he kept my shower tub clean like before he was there. I would recommend this company because they know that no job is too small for them. This is great for people who don't are clueless, like me, on plumbing work.
