I purchased a new American Standard toilet that had very limited flushing capability due to the energy star requirements. Unfortunately you often needed to flush twice to completely clear the toilet. Makes no sense to limit the water amount of the flush to save water if you need to flush twice. Nuflush makes a retrofit flush valve that increases the amount of water to make the flush ""one and done"" Great Product !!!!!

Great prices, free shipping, arrived very quickly , inside box was a letter with the owners name and cell phone number. Had a question and called, left a message on his voicemail and he called back within an hour... on a Saturday morning !!! Would definitely recommend to anyone !!!

I am so happy to find this online store. I have one piece toilets in my home and they are discontinued. The flush valve went bad on a few of them and water was leaking into the tank (waste of water and big water bill). It was impossible to find parts for replacement. The manufacturer of the toilet wasn't any help. I called NuFlush to see if they could help me with my issue and was pleasantly surprised to speak with the owner, Ron. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help me out. I purchased the part he recommended. It arrived fast and fit perfectly. My issue was resolved. I have already ordered more parts for all my remaining toilets. This company provides exceptional customer service, a rare find these days. And they answer the phone. I strongly recommend Ron and NuFlush.

I ordered some overflow extension tubes from NuFlush via. ebay and quickly got them. Unfortunately, I have an American Standard Champion 4 Toilet which I subsequently realized has a tapered overflow tube so these outer fitting tubes would not fit. I emailed NuFlush about the issue (which was not their fault) and quickly got an email response from Ron (the owner) to call about a solution on a Saturday night no less. I called and Ron explained a couple of solutions and without me asking offered to send some different inner fitting tubes free of charge, which he quickly did. It's rare to find such great customer service. If/when I need anything else they sell I think I will buy it from them.
