Pilot light would not ignite and no gas going to my water heater. Contacted Abel and he was at my place within 15 minutes. Figured out the issue and replaced the faulty part in under 10 minutes. Charge for part and service was extremely reasonable. Very professional and courteous the whole time. Our water heater went out on a Sunday. I was in touch with Abel from Nu-Way Plumbing early Monday morning. I asked when he might be available to replace our water heater, and he said he would work late if needed and replace it TODAY. He showed up at the time promised, drained and removed the bad water heater, brought in a brand new water heater, installed it, tested it, showed me the operating details, and hauled the old one away. Great service for a very, very reasonable price.
