i want to make a comment on the professionalism of peter fabiano who went out of his way to inspect a possible problem with tree roots coming into the drain system of my house .
peter arrived on time and did a very thorough job of inspecting at two locations on the same day making it very accommodating for my busy schedule.he represents the co. he works for with a great attitude and personality .

We are very happy with the service and quality of our sewer relining. The employees are very professional and do great work. Thank you again. A+

I am very disappointed that no on ever came back to remove the jack in the shower and give me information about my job. They said they would. I won't call anymore because I was told someone would come on Friday so I stayed home from work but no one came & the jack is still in my shower. Do any of you other customers know if it's safe to continue using root killer on the new pipes?

Had one of their employees pass me on the 87 coming out of Coolidge today and cut back into the lane without using a signal. Took off and easily was gong 75, or more as I never saw the car again. If their employees drive that reckless, I'm never using that company.

My husband discovered a 3"" sewer drain pipe leak on a Monday morning. We called our 'contract' plumber, Strongbuilt, as they had completed work at our home in the past however they did not view it as an emergency and would/could not come to our home until that Thursday. I called the Strongbuilt office a total of 3 times and was told each time they could/would not come out earlier. On Thursday I received a call the plumber was on his way w/i 2 hours, however 3 hours later they had still not arrived and there was no word of an updated time frame. I contacted Al Coronado plumbing as we needed the issue diagnosed and they sent Robert out on Friday morning. I subsequently called Strongbuilt and cancelled the Thursday service call - no apologies no explanations - we were blown off. On Friday, Robert scoped the drain pipe, however determined he could not repair it and recommended us to Nu Flow. What a saving grace, Brent from Nu Flow contacted me Friday afternoon apologized he could not come to our home sooner than Monday but he had to be in Phoenix for a meeting. On Monday Brent arrived, scoped the drain from 3 vantage points and reached out to a Phoenix technician, Kent, with a probable solution. Kent was able to drive to our home on Tuesday morning and address the problem with their epoxy coating. This is an older home, Nu Flow was able to access the problem, apply the epoxy and went above and beyond to line/repair the pipe and restore our trust in a plumbing company. I highly recommend this company!!

Nu Flow did the work no one else could.
My vintage home had sewer drain issues that would have required jackhammering the floors. The good news: Alex from Nu Flow came and solved all my problems. Nu Flow uses a product that creates a liner within the existing pipes. Our drain issues were quite extensive and complicated. Some of the pipes had been installed in the 1930's, but the staff took the time to investigate ALL the issues and to create a plan to solve everything. They kept me updated on the work and progress. They gave me advance notice when they needed to turn the water off. They were respectful of my property. They communicated every detail.
We also had Al Coronado Plumbing working on the property at the same time. In fact, Al Coronado recommended Nu Flow for that part of the job. Both teams coordinated scheduling, and after three other plumbing companies failed to solve the issues, these two incredible, straightforward, hard-working companies fixed everything! They used cameras to show me the ""before"" and ""after"" and now everything is in perfect working order. They did everything they promised and more. Thank you Nu Flow.

This company is top notch. From beginning to end, the team was awesome!
The water pipe from the meter to my house broke under the cement in the garage. I thought we would have to tear out the cement, but NuFlow was able to line the entire pipe with a polymer that has a 10 year guarantee, but may last 50-100 years. (That means no future weak spots to fix.)
They did have to take some cement out by the meter, but they put everything back in place and cleaned everything up before leaving.
Usually when I have men working at my house, they are irritated when I go out to see the progress. This team was pleasant and always began to explain what was going on before I asked. I learned a lot about the process.
After everyone was gone, I got a call thanking me for giving them the contract and making sure I was happy. What more could I ask for?
