Sandy W.Back in 2007 we had repiping done in 2 of the 3 properties we owned. Last Spring I realized that there were some problems with the plumbing in our primary residence and I suspected it was related to the repiping. Since 2007, the company that originally did the work went out of business and Nu Flow bought them out. So when I called them I wasn't sure if they would honor the warranty since it happened before they owned the company. However, they not only fixed the problem, but everyone from Alex on the phone to Steve and other people sent out to fix the problem were professional and very nice. I believe this is a good and reputable business.

They re-routed the damaged pipe, lined my popes and repaired everything short of paint. every member of the crew was very professional and answered any question i had. The only downside was having the water off for three days, but its to be epected with what they were doing.

Gayle N.Do Not, I repeat, Do Not use this company! If you want to experience ""bait and switch"" then this is the company for you! I was given a qoute and signed a contrract only to be told on the THIRD day that there was an error in measurement which would cost me an ADDITIONAL $600.00 to ""complete"" 2/3 of the work they were hired to do. In the event I wanted the work done as written in the contract I had the option to let them know AND pay an ADDITIONAL $1000.00. Furthermore, the reason I hired them in the first place, backed up toilet, the problem happened again 3 weeks later. Upon contacting NuFlow, regarding the backed up toilet, I was asked ""is this an emergency?"" Then I was told ""you need to auger the toilet and if we come out there will be $168.50 charge.
