I was honestly so worried about who to call and who to use when it came to finding an honest plumber. Since i don't really know anything about hot water heaters i wanted to feel comfortable enough that i wasn't going to get taken advantage of when it came to what i needed and the price. I can hands down say they are not only honest but extremely reliable as well! I couldn't help but be impressed by the great reviews! Plus they said they could come in earlier so i could leave on time the next day! They gave excellent service, repaired my water heater easily, and treated me with respect. I will definitely use them in the future if needed again.

Happy to say they helped me out a ton! They repaired my water and heater and they also checked the venting that went along with my water heater. It was easy finding them on Yelp. They had great customer service when I called in. I know I made the right choice . I hope this can help out someone else too!!.

I DEFINITELY recommend them. I must add right away that this business should promote John! He seems to enjoy the hard work he does. He was so professional and also kind! I could tell he had been working all day but that didn't change his demeanor. He came to repair my broken water heater and he got right to work when I told him what I thought was wrong with it. We agreed no one truly enjoys cold showers. He was working so fast and figured out the REAL problem. He had to replace the light on my heater for it to get the hot water going again. His friendly face and his work ethic were very much appreciated!

I called in and talked to their plumber John about a repair since my water heater had been slowly leaking. I thought it was just a part they or I could easily replace, but unfortunately once the bottom starts leaking there's no way to fix that - so I instead purchased a new one. Although this wasn't what I wanted to hear, I appreciate John's honesty about it. He also helped me choose a great water heater since I don't know much about them. Plus it would last me a lot longer this time around and he did the install super fast. I highly recommend him and couldn't have asked for better service.

They were great. They installed a new water heater for me on short notice. They even took away my old one away for me. I knew I wanted to go with these guys when they were flexible about what water heater I wanted to install. They helped me pick out a good brand and a good size of water heater based on how big my house was. I highly recommend them for new water heaters. They make the process more than easy.
