A huge thank you to Jason!!! He literally met me on my time and schedule so that I could get my water hater working again ASAP! I forgot what the name of the part was called but either way he fixed it no problem. I was literally so worried I was going to have no hot water for a long time! Thank you so much!!!!

Honestly super surprised by this place! I don't need a plumber often but the ones I've experienced in the past have never been as quick, clean, and affordable as this place!

My mother's water heater decided to take a crap on a Friday morning and I was able to get Danny, one of the technicians, over to take a look! He was very compassionate about the situation and genuinely seemed like he wanted to help. His customer service was so appreciated and he was able to fix the problem before 3pm!!!! And to boot, the garage didn't end up with water/dirt all over it!

I also have to say the price point was well within my budget and well worth the service for the price.

These guys really suprised me. I went in to ask some questions because nobody at Lowes or Home Depot knew what I was talking about. They werent pushy, didnt try to sell me anything, they answered my questions and even offered to come to my house and further explain my issue to me. Bravo Gentleman. Im going back to purchase a new water heater from them today and Im bringing them some brownies.

My Husband and I ended up hearing about Dave who works with NOW water heaters, and We are so glad we called Him! After a 14 year old hot water heater We needed it replaced, and replaced fast. Dave was so great. He arrived on time, explained the problem, and put in our new hot water heater. He was even able to move out the old one on his own. The pricing was fair and We got one of the best hot water heater brands they had to offer....Thanks Dave!! You were so great and We are so happy with the service!
