I had NOW Plumbing give me a quote on capping a gas line. Their charge was over $500. So I paid their $60 trip fee. I've been quoted by a few others SW gas recommended contractors and they were all less than 1/2. Waste of $60.... buyer beware.

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS COMPANY NOW PLUMBING

Called about 10:00 AM. I explained my problem. I was told a service man could come that same day - between jobs. The service man arrived around 3:30 PM and completed the work in less than one hour. He was congenial, professional, and did a great job. We were very satisfied with the result and were especially pleased the job was done on the same day we called. They were Covid-19 Ready when walking into my house which was Great. Fantastic service. Joe and Greg were brilliant. Clean, tidy and very knowledgeable. Will use again and highly recommend.

I called end of March to schedule an appointment to have my Gas grill hooked up to my gas line at home. They schedule my appointment for 4/7. I get a call 30min before my 4 hour window is up and am told due to the Covid-19 they are only unable to come out to my home. Given I received a call an hour prior
to the second call letting me know they would call me when they are 20 min away. 3 1/2 hours later of waiting....terrible customer service.
If I could give 0 stars I would.

I called NOW Plumbing when I needed a new water heater. I spoke to Greg on the phone who was knowledgeable and and friendly. Joe and a helper came to my home in Gilbert and were able to install a new water heater with efficiency and expertise. The price was acceptable. I was very satisfied with their work and the professionalism of this company and would certainly recommend them.

My daughter had an issue recently with the water line to her house from the City meter (i.e. it was leaking). Greg and Joe are absolutely the best! They came out immediately, assessed the situation, waited around for the City to confirm the repair was good, and performed all tasks in a professional manner. I employed Now Plumbing to replace a Water Heater that was under warranty. There bid was high, but acceptable. There workmanship and cleanliness was good. My issue is that I was given a bid, and there were several additions that should be looked at, but were not priced out explicitly. I should have forced a firm bid. I did not, and the bill came in $400 more than I expected with the addition of a ball valve replacement. Have talked with office manager and was told it is an expensive business and getting worse.

I failed to get a firm bid. Shame on me. Having them back at my house, never. Shame on them.

I found myself suddenly backed into a corner with what I thought was a minor repair with a no longer useful irrigation pipe that needed to be capped. Well...like all things, we all prefer to see the minor when in most cases it becomes a little more complicated than what we picture in our minds. Having said that, after calling Now Plumbing, the technician, Avery explained my options. It was soon clear after his arrival things were going to cost me more than I ever expected to have things fixed right. And after a thorough explanation, which made a whole lot of sense to both of us, we rationally agreed to do the ""professional"" fix necessary. Avery was kind enough to work within my budget and it was a win-win for both of us. I could not be more pleased with the results.

I was referred to Now Plumbing by a friend when I noticed that my hot water heater was leaking gas. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous!
They fixed several issues on my water heater, explaining and showing me the issues along the way. Before fixing the issues, I was presented a quote so there were no surprises at the end. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work done!

Had major damage from a water leak, a friend recommended we call Now Plumbing and
we are glad we took the advice. Starting with Greg, whom we first spoke with on the phone
to Joey and Jay who preformed the work. Fast service, knowledgeable (completely explained the problem and the solution), polite, timely and very clean. They clean as the go and do a
total clean up at completion of job. We then had another water problem, totally different from the first, so we called Now Plumbing again and received the same great service. We would definitely recommend this company.
