We had Now Plumbing come out to replace the shut off valves for our washing machine. Even though they did a good job of installing the new valves, we thought that the price that they charged ($1,445) was way out of line. They knew after the job was completed that we were not happy with the price that they were charging us. When we asked for a breakdown of the parts and labor, they said that they couldn't provide that, for which we though that was a bunch of bull. I regret that I didn't call other plumbers to get estimates for this job. I would not recommend this company to anybody and if someone needs plumbing work done, please contact other companies to get quotes

I would advise you to look elsewhere when looking for a trustworthy company. This company seems shady and fraudulent. Called a week ago, asking if they did fireplace repairs. Guy on the phone with the thick accent told me that, yes, they do, and they can come in two days. I fully set up the appointment, made an account, and told him what needed to be fixed. He explained everything and even quoted me. He said they would be out and that I would get a call 30 minutes prior to the arrival, and gave me a time range, 2-5pm.

The day the technician was supposed to come out, we waited and waited until it was finally 5:30pm. We never got a call so we decided to call the company. The same man with the accent answered the phone. He was super confused when I asked about the status of the technician. He said, word for word, ""I don't recall ever talking to you, you don't have an appointment. I have no record of your call or your account. We would have called if we were going to come"". He blamed it on a ""technical issue with their server"" and claimed they had a power outage. He claimed it had never happened before. He didn't apologize, but instead blamed the power outage and acted like I didn't even call even though I am very certain it was the same guy. He offered to reschedule, but this is obviously a terrible company that doesn't take responsibility for their actions.

We wasted our whole day waiting and then had to delay our repair to find another company. I would not trust this business. They are rude and incompetent.

Professional and competent. Not cheap, but you are paying for their competence. There is a trip fee, which is waived if you have the work done that they recommend.

In our case, we had to get a new water heater. They scheduled us quickly, communicated well, and appeared to do the job right. This is the second one they have done for us, plus another job, and they always know what they're doing. Organized, not haphazard.

They are our plumbers until they give us a reason to change.

I wanted a water filter system plumbed into my already present copper loop. Two smooth guys showed up and said they would give me a great deal. Over $700! Ended up going with a local licensed plumber who did the job for $310. In addition, these guys told me it took up to eight hours for the cement on PVC connection to harden. Not true. Beware!

I had a hot water heater changed out, including replacing old cPVC with copper and replacing the expansion tank. Joe & Trevor were AWESOME!!! This was not a straightforward job and they did an incredible job of troubleshooting and getting the job done. I will definitely use this company again for plumbing needs. Though not the cheapest company, you get what you pay for and I think this job would have been a disaster if I had went with less experienced plumbers (the other plumbers we had out for an estimate were afraid to touch the cPVC, Joe instilled confidence & did know exactly what to do!!) And thanks to Trevor for helping out with the drywall replacement and building a shelf for the expansion tank.

I had NOW Plumbing give me a quote on capping a gas line. Their charge was over $500. So I paid their $60 trip fee. I've been quoted by a few others SW gas recommended contractors and they were all less than 1/2. Waste of $60.... buyer beware.

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS COMPANY NOW PLUMBING

Called about 10:00 AM. I explained my problem. I was told a service man could come that same day - between jobs. The service man arrived around 3:30 PM and completed the work in less than one hour. He was congenial, professional, and did a great job. We were very satisfied with the result and were especially pleased the job was done on the same day we called. They were Covid-19 Ready when walking into my house which was Great. Fantastic service. Joe and Greg were brilliant. Clean, tidy and very knowledgeable. Will use again and highly recommend.

I called end of March to schedule an appointment to have my Gas grill hooked up to my gas line at home. They schedule my appointment for 4/7. I get a call 30min before my 4 hour window is up and am told due to the Covid-19 they are only unable to come out to my home. Given I received a call an hour prior
to the second call letting me know they would call me when they are 20 min away. 3 1/2 hours later of waiting....terrible customer service.
If I could give 0 stars I would.

I called NOW Plumbing when I needed a new water heater. I spoke to Greg on the phone who was knowledgeable and and friendly. Joe and a helper came to my home in Gilbert and were able to install a new water heater with efficiency and expertise. The price was acceptable. I was very satisfied with their work and the professionalism of this company and would certainly recommend them.

My daughter had an issue recently with the water line to her house from the City meter (i.e. it was leaking). Greg and Joe are absolutely the best! They came out immediately, assessed the situation, waited around for the City to confirm the repair was good, and performed all tasks in a professional manner.
