I will be calling Nova Plumbing for all our plumbing needs! We had an issue with our shower and toilets backing up, after having the septic tank pumped which we thought would fix the issue, it didn't. We called around and every plumber was a week or two out. Nova was able to get out to us on the same day and was able to determine the cause and fix the problem. Both technicians/plumbers that came out were nice and took the time to explain what they did to fix the issue and how to prevent it in the future. I will be recommending them to everyone.

My property management send someone to fix the wash room so he need to go in to my garage to put a piping inside the wall I had my things in my garage nice and neatly when he was done he closed up my garage when I went to look to see what he done there a big hole in my garage and he had the nerve to take my husband tool box and a duffel bag with wheels, I'm very upset that he took them I hope he will return them because this was something my son gave my husband and we loss our son so it mean something to us.. He had no reason to take it he just had a job to do I just hope he feels guilty and have a heart to leave it by my door with out questions ask! Santa Ana Villa condos it was on a Tuesday June 13 I hope he or someone he know is looking at this and the police is already involved We are just grieving parents! Worst service I've ever had...horrible customer service, professionalism, and plumbing service, or lack there of. About once a week our toilet has been backing up, which myself and my husband have been able to plunge and fix. However, the other day it backed up to the point of not being fixed. Two people from this company came out and did absolutely nothing other than be Ruse and unprofessional. My husband barely got the toilet to work this morning and now on top of that, our property management company (Royal T Management/Bridgewood Crossing Apartments) wants to charge us for not cancelljng!!

This company owner is one of the rudest person I have talked to. He worked on a water leak in June and I had an issue again this week. He refused to come and check it out. I was so surprised at his attitude which was horrible. He told me to call someone else . Rude Rude Rude

Called Nova on a Friday to make an appointment for the next Thursday. They were supposed to be out between 9 and 10, but by 11:30, no one had shown up. I called the office to find out why no one came or why they hadn't called. The reason I got was that no one had come into the office to get their daily appointment because they had so many emergencies. But he said they could send someone out right now. If they had someone who could come out immediately, shouldn't they already be here considering we had set up an appointment? These guys are idiots.

Probably the worst company I've ever had to deal with. First of all, the plumber couldn't fix a simple pipe leak. The first time we called, he just said to patch the wall in order to fix the leak... yeah, real amazing right? The second time, he set caulking on the sides of the shower (I don't know how that would fix the pipe). Third time, he replaced the drain. Needless to say, he was the most incompetent plumber I ever had service. Even the secretary was incapable of calling back to confirm appointments, so they would come without me knowing or being home and expect me to open the door.
