To add to my previous review for Notturno Home Services; Yesterday we had them install a new hot water heater and toilet. Both were on their way out, so needed to have it done soon. They were right on time, love the way you are notified by text and e-mail with updates, such as arrival time etc.. Nick came out with Kevin. While Kevin was replacing the toilet, Nick was taking care of the hot water heater, draining the old one for removal, then installing the new one, new gas line, new exhaust vent etc.. My system needed a complete update to bring up to code. They kept me informed of what they were doing throughout the service. They were very clean and thorough, informed me of things I needed to know, about maintenance, warranty and any future services available if needed. Very pleased with all their work and how they conducted the service. This is why I am a repeat customer. Thank you again Nick & Kevin.

I can't say enough about Notturno and their HVAC Tech Jaime R that serviced my furnace on 3/24/25. I called in the morning the person was super friendly and efficient. Within 2 hours Jaime was working on my furnace. Very friendly, smart and efficient. Price for visit was more than reasonable. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to others.

Prompt, comprehensive, transparent and extremely comfortable to work with!! Love Notturno. Doesn't matter which plumber/tech arrives, they are all wonderful. They don't try to oversell or talk you into a more expensive project. They respect your limitations and work with you on your budget. And so far, ALL of them have demonstrated animal-friendliness! My dog believes every single person who walks in the door is there to see him, and they oblige his demanding need for attention.

Wonderful experience all around! I first spoke to Erin about having air conditioning installed in my parents' home. She arranged to have Chris come to the house the following week. He was on time, professional, super friendly and so thorough! He went all through the house & basement and planned out the best way to go about installation. He even took a video for his installation guys, walking them through it! He made sure we had plenty of power, so we would not have to upgrade the electric. Chris was able to give us a free estimate on the spot! Installation was the following week. Ross and Andrew were amazing! They arrived on time, were professional, and did a fabulous job of installing two LG mini splits as well as the outside condenser. The guys were so courteous to my elderly parents. We are so happy with the work! All the people I have dealt with at this company were so kind and helpful. A+ job from all; I highly recommend Notturno!
