Company Overview
Our rate is $150 per hour with a minimum of two hours. This means any job will amount to $300. If parking fees arise, they will be classified as a material expense and included in the final bill.
We have a minimal fee for essential materials we utilize, including anchors and tape.
Following the first two hours, we calculate charges by the minute. For example, 2 hours and 23 minutes equals 2.38 hours, resulting in a total of $357.00.
We were once known as NYcitySTUFF, and in 2012, we rebranded to notjusthandymen.com.
Before we rebranded, our expertise was in custom fabrication. During the economic downturn in 2008, we had to pivot as our clients' projects diminished along with the economy. We shifted to shorter, simpler handyman tasks to maintain cash flow and found this work to be more fulfilling and engaging. Interacting with multiple clients daily and completing various tasks is a gratifying way to earn a living. A heartfelt thank you to all our wonderful clients.
Kellam excels as a master fabricator and a great communicator. He also serves as our lead trainer. Kellam regularly explores new tools and products, ensuring our team is current with the latest methods and equipment.
