Company Overview
We charge $150 for each hour, requiring a two-hour minimum. Thus, any task will total $300. Parking costs, if applicable, will be considered a material charge and reflected in the invoice.
We apply a small fee for materials we prefer to use, such as anchors and tape.
Once the first two hours are completed, we charge by the minute. For example, 2 hours and 23 minutes equals 2.38 hours, resulting in a total of $357.00.
In the past, we were called NYcitySTUFF, but we transitioned to notjusthandymen.com in 2012.
Before we rebranded, our expertise was in custom fabrication. In the wake of the 2008 recession, we adapted as our clients' projects slowed down with the economy. We transitioned to shorter handyman jobs to keep our finances stable and discovered this work to be more rewarding and interesting. Engaging with several clients daily and accomplishing numerous tasks is a fulfilling way to earn a livelihood. We extend our sincere gratitude to all our amazing clients.
Kellam is a skilled fabricator and an outstanding communicator. He is the head trainer for our team. Kellam constantly experiments with new tools and products, ensuring our team stays informed about the latest techniques and equipment.
