Company Overview
Our rate is $150 per hour with a minimum of two hours. This means any job will amount to $300. If parking fees arise, they will be classified as a material expense and included in the final bill.
We have a minimal fee for essential materials we utilize, including anchors and tape.
After the initial two hours, we bill by the minute. For example, 2 hours and 23 minutes equals 2.38 hours, resulting in a total of $357.00.
In the past, we were called NYcitySTUFF, but we transitioned to notjusthandymen.com in 2012.
Prior to this change, we focused on custom fabrication. In the wake of the 2008 recession, we adapted as our clients' projects slowed down with the economy. We moved into more straightforward handyman tasks to ensure steady income and realized this work was more satisfying and engaging. Interacting with multiple clients daily and completing various tasks is a gratifying way to earn a living. Thank you to all our fantastic clients for your support.
Kellam excels as a master fabricator and a great communicator. He also serves as our lead trainer. He is always testing new tools and products, keeping our team updated on the newest techniques and tools.
