Do Not hire this company. They do not fix the problem but charge three times what any ethical plumber would charge. Horrible service and even worse customer service.

Matt Norwood at Norwood Plumbing in Oxford, NC charged my friends $800.00 to install an electric hot water heater on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Granted it was considered a holiday weekend, but $800.00 is really taking advantage.

I give Norwood plumbing in Oxford 5 stars. I called and they came when they said and called to let me know what the problem was. We couldn't be home so They kept me informed all the way.
they came and repaired the pump, cleaned up and sent me the bill. Job well done.

I would give Norwood plumbing in Oxford NC zero stars if I could for false advertising, unreliability, and lack of common courtesy. Anyone who seeks their services should BEWARE! I strongly suggest contacting another plumbing entity. They claim to offer 24 hour service and that was determined to be a big fat lie and no one likes a liar.
