If I could rate a 0 I would. I have been playing games with Norton's since June 1st. Similar to previous reviews he Schedules appointments and nerver shows! When I call to see where he is he doesn't answer my call. Use a different phone number that he wasn't familiar with and he answers right away. Then claims I have the appointment wrong. NOT possible, I wrote it immediately in my calendar while he was on phone with me and confirmed the date and time. The day he claims he made the appointment for I would NEVER have agreed to as I am unavailable. Horrible business I do not understand how he stays in business.

I've had Matt out to my houses and he's always done fantastic work. He's honest, hard-working and his work is excellent. He's repaired both plumbing and HVAC issues I've encountered and his superior work always holds up. Would highly recommend!

I would put zero stars if I could, since they never actually came out and did any work..Referred through home warranty. After 6 days heard nothing from them. Left voicemail and never received call back. I get that they don't make as much money on a home warranty call, but a return call would have been nice. We will just have a leaky kitchen sink for another week (shrug). Merry Christmas to us.

They came highly recommended by a number. Things started fine when I made an appt earlier this week to have my furnaces checked before Winter. The appt was for today at 9AM. They never showed. I called and never received a call back. I had taken time off from work to be there. Totally unprofessional and so disappointing. What happened to customer service.

At one time I higley recommend them, now they don't return calls. I called and spoke to someone who said they would get back to me at 9am I called them 3 times since and no reply.

Have used them in the past and had no problem. Called to have wash tubs replaced. Spoke with Matt. "" Will be there Tues Or Wed"". Never showed. Called again spoke with Ed. ""I'll have to talk to Matt "" Its been two weeks and no response. Recommended a friend to them for a furnace. Made an appointment with her and 15 min before the scheduled time called & said he would have to reschedule. Never heard from them again. Needless to say with this weather she had another plumber come and replace her furnace. Not very good business attitude.

2-10 assigned them to repair a plumbing issue; On Friday I scheduled the service at Moday 10:30am, they did not come at that time, and never picked up my call and ignored my messages. He picked up the phone when I called from a friend phone, told me that he will contact his guy and call me back. Never called back. Then he never picked up the friend's phone. Change to another phone to call, he answered and said the same thing ""will contact with his guy and call me back"". Waited for 8 hours, ignore the messages and do not pick up the phone. Never even tell me a timeline. Only answer the new fresh phone number. Finally 2-10 reached out, told 2-10 that his machine was stuck in a property and will come later that day, but they never come. I have to use another out-network company. The company I was used is amazing fast, with in an hour after i called, it gets fixed.

This company is fantastic! Always answers the phone no matter what and will do whatever they can to make it happen!! Great job Matt!

I've used Norton's on several occasions from hot water heaters to plumbing repairs and they have done a very good job on all visits. Their estimates are also much lower than most places I've dealt with before in the area.
