My well water system was noisy and bathtubs were filling up with orange streaks - iron deposits.

Lance came out and walked me through the process, starting at the well. Lance does not need much prompting, he will talk your ear off about water treatment.

Turns out we have a good pump, a good pressure vessel, but an inadequate pre-filter. Lance explained that a higher capacity pre-filter was needed to clean up the system. He quoted a price and I said ""OK.""

Dan came out the next week and did the install in about 2 hours. The system puked up iron for a few days, then leveled off. Just like Lance said it would. The noise is gone and the water runs clear.

Next I'm going to have them install a filter under the kitchen sink so we can get rid of the water cooler in the corner.

My spouse and I live in Everson and have a brand new 9 week baby and it's our first....last Friday while I was doing the dishes there seemed to be air in our kitchen faucet and so I had to shut all the water down as I was concerned about burning out the pump. Long story short, I called the owner Dan on Sat morning at 8am and he picked up and walked me through the ENTIRE process of getting my pump and water working again, which lasted 30 min. He did not ask for anything in return, He didn't act rushed or putout and was kind and so helpful. We used Dan originally when we purchased our home a year ago as our realtor recommend him to inspect our well. I will continue to give Dan and his company my business and I believe you should too.

We had a bad situation when our well failed. I was referred to this company. After having a new well dug, Lance went above & beyond in many ways to make sure that we were set up. As soon as the well was completed, his crew was out to connect water to the house, insuring it was safe to use/drink. The communication was excellent with the office & employees. Not impressed. Was recommended by a friend based on their great past experience. Communication with Dan was terrible, he could never be reached and was the worst about trying to schedule for them to come out and get a test sample. We were in the process of selling our home and had to push back the closing date by 10 days due to them not being able to get the tests and treatments done that they said they could. On top of that they took two months to bill us and it was double the amount they had started before... Never again.

We were in the process of buying a new house and the well water came back positive with acidic water and coliform bacteria, and ecoli. We were working with a different water company initially, and when they tested the water (took the sample from a bathroom faucet) came back positive for e-coli. The other water service place (NOT NW water) quoted me $10,000+ for a UV system, filters and recommended and entire house reverse osmosis system. I was mind blown, decided to call NW Water treatment and spoke to Dan and Tyler. They were SO incredibly kind and they came out that day to re-test the water correctly and give me a quote on what they think we could do.
They were timely, VERY friendly and knowledgeable and not doomsday with their recommendations: the other water place I called previously made it sound like we would die if we drank the water and unless we paid them 10k we would get sick, NW water came out and did MORE testing, on the spot and eased our minds greatly with letting us know the problems were minor, common, and easily treatable for 1/4 of the price. Tyler initially came and re-tested the water correctly from an outdoor faucet that he sanitized and it came back positive for coliform bacteria but negative for e-coli. The other place had tested from a bathroom faucet, so it was clear that is where the ecoli came from.
Tyler came and installed a 3 bank filtration system, a UV light, a new pressure tank, redid the piping and plumbing in the pump house, explained everything INCREDIBLY thoroughly to where we fully understand how it works, and did it all professionally, on time and for a very reasonable price. (Around 1/4 of what the other place quoted) And was SO super kind while doing it. Never made us feel stupid for asking questions and always had very easy to understand answers.
No upselling, no doomsday talk about how dangerous it is, just honest hard work from an honest company. We now have great water, nice and alkaline, softened, and coliform free due to the UV. I would recommend NW water to anyone, incredibly respectable and great people. These guys KNOW what they're talking about.

We recently purchased a home that has a well & we met Tyler when he came to do the water sample. He was super friendly & explained the system that we would need to have fresh clean water. He was honest & gave us a couple of options. Once we finalized the sale of the house we signed the quote & within a couple of days we had our new system installed.
