Brian (the owner) and his staff are courteous. They are prompt and they arrive when they say they will arrive. They are great honest professionals who know what they are doing. This is the second time I had to use them in the last number of years and I will continue to use them. I strongly recommend them for any sewer work you need.

Now for the important story:

Six years ago based on the recommendations of my neighbors, I used NorthWest Sewer & Plumbing Inc. I had a clogged sewer and they had to install a clean out drain outside to unplug the sewer with a large router bit.

This weekend, my sewer line was clogged again. I call NorthWest Sewer & Plumbing Inc

They came out today and after working hard for awhile Brian told me I might need a new sewer line but they would continue to work to try to unclog the sewer. After a lot of hard work, they succeeded in unclogging my sewer.

Brian could have given up and asked me to commit to a much larger job. He did not. It is very rare today to find a honest professional like Brian.
