I'm updating my review with a follow up. Jazz came by and we went through options for the riser. Ultimately we decided to just remove it and Jazz have me a full refund. I'm not sure what happened before but Jazz was responsive and a pleasure to work with. I will be using them again next time I need service.

We just had the most thorough and helpful septic service. Our tank was needing evaluation and of course we were worried for bad news and a bill we couldn't afford. Thankfully we found this local company who saved our sanity. We called around noon on a Wednesday. They said they would be able to come out by 6pm same day. Wow. We were eager for help and jumped on that appt. They arrived on time and immediately made me feel at ease. Jaspal walked us through our system as he went and it just needed a pump out and float serviced. What a relief. The price was quoted ahead of time and he was accurate. The crew worked so hard and was done in 2 hours. We really appreciate the time they spent with us so we can be up to speed on our septic system operations. I am so thankful they are local and have availability around the clock. You will not be disappointed!

Jazz is the most awesome contractor I have ever met! He was knowledgeable, had no attempt to exaggerate the problem, charged a reasonable price to fix the problem with our pump. As a comparison, the price another company asked only for diagnosing covers everything including parts and labor with Jazz. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jazz to everyone having issue with septic and pumping. He's trustworthy!

Shower started backing up. (EWW) Plumber gave us some long story about $12,000 (!!!!) to uncover the septic tank lid and take out the toilet and run a camera down to see the problem????? WTH.

Husband dug out the septic tank covers and these guys came NEXT DAY and pumped. It's working now. And one of our progeny has been severely cautioned about excessive use of toilet paper. Hygiene is nice but dang. Save the Planet. Or at least the septic tank.

I would have appreciated it if they included a report in the email receipt regarding the state of the septic tank. Husband was home but apparently didn't ask questions. Nevertheless - they came next day, were on time, did a great job and, charged a reasonable price.

I called to inquire if they do septic tank pipe replacement. The guy who answered the call said yes, then he asked if we need our tank to empty. I told him no, as we just did it couple years ago. Guess what? He just hung up the phone!!!!

Jass and his two helpers came out this morning to pump our septic tank. He located the spot and dug the hole with super speed. He then performed the work and did extra work on the second unit. He explained everything very well.

He demonstrated knowledge, integrity, and a conscientious work ethic. On top of this, he gave us a discount.

BEST septic service anyone could hire! Highly recommend!!!
