Do NOT hire this company. If I could give this company 0 stars I would! They REFUSE to fix a toilet that is under warranty due to the purchase of a new home. The customer service team is horrible, I was disrespected and hung up on by the SUPERVISOR. The technicians come out and tell you one then and then tell the customer service/office team another thing. Now Im left to call another plumber to fix a faulty installation and pay for it because they will not cover the crappy installation under my warranty. The absolute WORST!!!! Beware!!!

Horrible company and customer service. They were the plumber for DR Horton builder in Bradenton. They have been out several times to fix their work, and now they will not come out to fix warranty work. Stay clear of this company.

My next door neighbor fought tooth and nail to get her drain line fixed that had been poorly installed to start with. She finally got them to come out to fix the problem and who did they send ? Some poor schmuck illegal that could not speak a word of English. He dug this hole big enough to bury a person in and did not lay down any barrier to place the dug up dirt on so the grass was buried ! Well , to my disgust he had wrecked my sod by doing this because he pilled part of that mound on MY PROPERTY ! He chopped a huge section of my neighbors footer out ( no idea why or why so much ) and absolutely no concrete was put back in place ! Just dirt and exposed rebar ! The back fill is full of concrete chunks that they were too lazy to separate from the dirt. I only wish that I had an option to give a MINUS STAR RATING OF MINUS 5.

If you have bought a DR Horton house in the past few months chances are that Northwest plumbing installed your water heater. Make sure you double check the fittings and materials that they use. They tend to use sub standard parts and then not stand behind their work. Would not recommend Northwest Plumbing.
