Used them for a new build and they destroyed the structural integrity of a main support wall, that had to be rebuilt at extra cost. Then they failed the plumbing inspection tests that are required to go forward in the build project. which took more time and funds to to pass. Then finding they incorrectly installed fixtures with wrong angle or no angle for proper drainage so they failed. Also another cost. Over priced and horrible work. would absolutely NOT recommend them.

We renovated our master bathroom during Covid and accidentally broke our toilet. We called Northwest plumbing and Kevin and his staff were extremely helpful explaining what our product options were and the process to replace the toilet. They called our local supplier/ distributor so that we could pick up the parts safely. They even recommended all of the accessory parts that we would need to complete the replacement.

Kevin called to check up on how the installation went and said he would be in the area later in the week if we needed him to check things out. We had him swing by our house to ensure we installed the toilet correctly. He arrived wearing a mask followed all covid procedures and confirmed that we did the replacement correctly. He also went ABOVE AND BEYOND and checked out the sink/ vanity replacement we did and was able to use a special tool he had to help us tighten the hoses.

Their website says they specialize in commercial construction, but they were extremely knowledgable with our residential project. We will definitely utilize Northwest Plumbing again in the future.

Kevin and his staff at Northwest Plumbing Services are great! Friendly, courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.
We hired them to come out and replace some plumbing fixtures and diagnose issues we were having with our hot water. Plumber Ron did an amazing job. He was efficient, communicated with us throughout the day and when he realized he did not have a couple parts needed to complete the job he made several calls and was able to find the supplies he needed. He made an extra trip to obtain the necessary parts that the Keller Plumbing showroom staff had forgotten we needed when we selected new fixtures. Thank you, Ron, Kevin and staff! You are the greatest!

Ten years ago, this company designed and installed the plumbing and radiant under floor heating in our new house. They helped us locate the exact fixtures we wanted- sinks, taps, claw foot tub, etc. Everything was installed quickly and perfectly. They worked very well with the other contractors on the job. We needed an additional plumbing visit a few years ago and they were out first thing the next day. This company provides outstanding service and at a reasonable cost. All employees were super helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company for any and all residential plumbing and heating.

Not the plumber you should choose for ANY custom home work. If it ain't a cookie cutter spec house then stay far away! In my custom home they positioned the bath plumbing incorrectly in the concrete slab. Bath could not be installed. I purchased the Maax bath through them (via their supplier Keller) so they could easily have worked it out from the bath specs...but custom anything is not in their ability zone. When I finally had the bath installed (drilling into concrete slab and rerouting all pipes at a cost of $1700 to me) we discovered the hot water pex is not connected into the house pipes! The American Standard shower diverters in both bathrooms were installed incorrectly - the 3 way became an incorrect 2 way (1st position full on at hand held shower, 2nd position main shower head and handheld BOTH on, 3rd position is ZERO action). Evidently American Standard isn't standard enough for them. The net of all this is, in order to fix their mess, we will have to open up walls, take tiles off walls in shower, and incur a lot of expense and hassle due to their incompetence.

Their lack of commitment to the job was pretty evident when our useless Gen Contractor J T Construction and Design walked off our job because I was holding him accountable for the mess-ups, and his subcontractor Northwest Plumbing walked off with him.

As I said, DO NOT USE THEM for anything remotely resembling a custom job or where they have to do anything simple but not what they always do! I would recommend that you just stay away from them completely!
