Northwest Plumbing just made me the happiest home owner! We bought an almost 100 year old house in June and the water pressure in the shower was horrible. The previous owners were supposed to fix it and did not. After spending time checking several items Jim found the problem and I seriously cannot believe the water pressure we have now. I didn't think it was possible. I feel such a sigh of relief knowing they are around and makes me feel so much better about our new house in case any issues may arise. Knowing a trust worthy quality plumber is just a phone call away is just the best feeling. Thank you so much Jim!!

Old, old house I have. I cringe when something goes wrong, so...my waste trap in my bathroom started leaking Friday night. Felt back there and it was crumbling to the touch. I know I needed a plumber. We have a lot of them in the area, so which one? I consulted 'Next Door' site of which I am a member, and there was a plumber recommendation section. These guys were mentioned more than once and were so close, so gave them a shot. I also needed a kitchen faucet replaced that was leaking around the top when I turned that on. Might as well get that done while doing the other.

Called them a little after they opened. A person answered, already good. Came within the time frame quoted; went to work right away, finished quickly and yet had enough time to explain some issues I had, and haven't even told him about. Nice.

Not sure if they were the cheapest or not, but the whole experience was great. I can use my bathroom sink and have a nice new shiny kitchen faucet that does not leak.

I didn't even have to change my plans for the day. Best experience with any plumbers ever. I will be using them again.

Basement drain backed up. Jim explained the options clearly, and the practical feasibility and limits on the effectiveness of each. Each option had its own price. He did both and charged me only for one. He's a third generation business owner and it shows in his professionalism, honesty, and respectfulness.
