We recently had a new water heater installed by Marc. He was very professional and fair with his pricing. He was even able to fit us in earlier than expected when another date came available. I appreciated that Marc took care of providing the water heater and also discarding our old one. This saved me a lot of time/stress and I also knew that I'd be getting a quality water heater at a good price. Marc definitely knows his stuff! He came across one slight issue with the setup in our basement but knew exactly what needed to be done to fix it. I would definitely hire Northwest Plumbing & Heating again.

Hired Marc at Northwest Plumbing and Heating to replace an older, leaking hot water heater. Bought the new hot water heater from NW Plumbing at fair price and had it installed. The installation process went very well--good installation, passed county inspection and cleaned up after installation.
Set a date 5 days out initially, but being the old heater was leaking, Marc called us and was able to come earlier in the week. He also made a return trip to follow up and make sure everything was ready for inspection. This plumber was ""on time"" and at the job when he promised he would be. Will keep NW plumbing & heating phone number for any future needs. Well done.

Marc of Northwest Plumbing and Heating did an excellent job on my mother's home after a significant amount of copper pipe was stolen from the basement. Marc replaced the copper pipe; reconnected all the systems (heating and plumbing); and worked well with the insurance company. Marc was a pleasure to work with.
