The service was Awful. When the plumber came over to look at my toilet, he said, oh, that's just a clogged up toilet & proceeded to auger it. Even I knew that wasn't right. When I pointed out to him again, what had been happening, he said, oh that's the such & such. He replaced that part. During the night it was doing the same thing as before. I called them, he came back a second time & said oh, that's the flapper. Later that night it started doing the same thing. I called them & wanted them to come back to fix it properly since they had already been out twice. They told me they didn't have an available plumber, so find someone else. They said they would refund my money. That was Sun. 03/02. Today is Friday, March 7th & I still haven't received my refund.

When looking at their reviews, notice the dates. Most are 2 & 3 ago if not more.

One of the best experiences I've had with a service company in a very long time. Calls were returned promptly, service calls were actually scheduled for the same day I called. Eric was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and charged a reasonable rate for the work he did. I will definitely call them again!

Toilets overflowing and shower backing up. 2:00 in the afternoon. Am I going to be able to find a plumber? PROBLEM RESOLVED....I called Northwest Plumbing. Denise answered the phone immediately which was great. Denise worked me in and 2 hours later Ryan was at our home clearing our drain. Ryan also pinpointed damage that had been done by a contractor. I definitely recommend Northwest for plumbing issues.

Most disappointed. Was told Owner would call at 9am next day to discuss my front yard sewer leak. At 10:02am next day NO CALL from owner. Terminated contact and engaged another plumbing company, one who keeps their word.

fair and honest employees. very knowledgeable of their trade. had an A/C problem I was out of town working Eric came out and diagnosed our problem as a bad fan motor left all the information on what i needed to replace it with as its a job I can do myself and did not charge my wife for the service. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers and I will use them again and recommend them to all my friends.

Unreliable! I made two separate appointments to replace my water heater and they were no-shows both times. Not even a phone call.

I was very impressed. I requested quotes from 15-20 local area plumbers. Only five replied including Northwest Plumbing and Air Conditioning. It was a small job and understandable that so few replied. We only wanted to install two new faucets and two soap dispensers. Eric the owner came by within 2 hours of my call and gave a quote to do the job. His cost was considerably less than the other few who did come by or reply and the quote was free. When I was ready to do the job a week later, he was able to come by quickly and complete the job to our total satisfaction. You would be crazy to go with some other plumber!

Yesterday evening, after they had closed, I discovered my water heater was leaking. They still answered the phone and put me on the list for today. Less than 24 hours after calling them, they've replaced the old leaky water heater with a new, higher capacity, more efficient water heater. All with a smile! Thanks, Northwest Plumbing!

Highly recommend this company! Whenever we call with an issue, Eric responds right away and fixes it fast. Woke up with a water heater issue and he was at my house in 5 minutes to fix it. Thank you Northwest, y'all rock!!
