This is a sham of a company, from the secretaries, to the customer service team, to the plumbers/techs. Please stay far away from this company. You would be better off getting your uncle who barely knows anything about plumbing to give you a hand after watching a few youtube videos. A special thanks to Zee the absolute worst customer service rep I've ever encountered.

Do NOT hire this company. If I could give this company 0 stars I would! They REFUSE to fix a toilet that is under warranty due to the purchase of a new home. The customer service team is horrible, I was disrespected and hung up on by the SUPERVISOR. The technicians come out and tell you one then and then tell the customer service/office team another thing. Now Im left to call another plumber to fix a faulty installation and pay for it because they will not cover the crappy installation under my warranty. The absolute WORST!!!! Beware!!!

They will charge you a full hour even for the extra 15 minutes of service not to mention that they charge at $175/hour which is on the high end nationwide.

Customer service on the phone was horrible,I was trying to get warranty service for a garbage disposal unit and spoke with someone named Pam who seemed very bothered by the call and plain just had a nasty attitude,I was rudely hung up on twice by Pam while trying to get her supervisors information Finally got a call back from Chad the supervisor who was quite pleasant and apologized for her behavior , I advised Chad that her behavior was unacceptable and she definitely does not need to work for your company !I was going to use the company for installation of new unit but with Pam's behavior I chose another company!

Unfortunately, they had a horrible attitude and provided zero customer service. They seemed to be """"bothered"""" by the service call, were rude and did not respond. I'm afraid that I could never recommend them to anyone. Please be careful if you have to deal with them.

If I can put negative stars I would definitely do, Julie representative over the phone never allowed me to talk and hang up the phone on me twice very disrespectful and arrogant and thought she has more power than anyone over the phone by yelling and not let you finish talking. on the other hand Tj (apparently superviso) said that they cannot be flexible with appointments they have only 2 windows and don't consider that we are human beings and have work and stuff to do. an absolute disappointment this company is how they treat their customer.

Stay away from this company. My water heater was set at 125F but the water was not warm in any faucet or shower. The repairman only had a screwdriver, no other tools, said his supervisor told him to increase the temperature of the water heater and not do anything else. He did so but the water was still not very warm. He had no way to check water temperature or diagnose the problem. When I complained and spoke to someone in the office, I was told that he told the supervisor he replaced an element in my water heater and checked my showers and everything was working fine. This is not what happened at my house- either confused with another job or not telling the truth. I explained this on the phone and even offered to show them the video from my home security system to verify my statements. I was told """" that is neither here nor there"""". They did send someone back, by then the water was warm, I asked him to not leave the temperature on the water heater at 135 that I looked it up and that it was dangerous and could cause a burn. He told me it was fine, would not change it and left.

the worst company to deal with, i had an emergency on a property that was under warranty and they could not service my house because my two showers and 2 toilets were clogged and to them it was not an emergency and can only come 3 day after my call. 1 start because it is the highest star i can give good job guys
