Tim from NW Plumbing Connection did us a great service. We had a clogged drain that would not clear with a drain snake. I had also tried using my own snake. Tim went under the house in the crawl space and discovered that the Heat-pump installers several years ago had lifted the sloping 2"" drain to accommodate their own lines creating a low spot which allowed grease and crud to accumulate. Tim came back out later with materials and replaced the lines to required specifications and fixed it for good! I might add that all the folks there are very friendly. I will use them again, if ever needed. The only minor thing I would add is that if quoted a bid, get it in writing and sign it to protect both you and the company. If it is an hourly quote, you should be fine also, since their prices and service are very reasonable.

Another company had quoted me nearly $1000 to fix two toilets, one of which was running, the other needed a handle. Northwest Plumbing did both jobs for $193.51 and in less than an hour! It's shameful how some companies want to rip you off. I'm going to use them again, very highly recommended.

Steve was very personable, efficient, and knowledgeable. He also had plenty recommendations for finishing cleaning the drain pipes, preventing clogs in the future, and taking care of the septic system.

I had called for a quote. It was a small job, shower install. The morning appointment was between 8-10. So I made sure I was home. Then at 8:10 they called and said he was in Seattle and that if I could reschedule for later that day. Between 3-5. So I made sure I was home and available. Not only did they not show up, but didn't even call to let me know. I wasted most of a day waiting around.

We've used NW Plumbing Connection for years, but they've gone downhill. Set up a time for an estimate, and when their guy was over an hour late I called the office. I was told he was on his way. Fifteen minutes later I called to say never mind. I was taught that if you're not five minutes early, you're late. I understand that appointments go long, and I would have been happy with a call or text saying he's late. I don't have time for contractors that think my time isn't valuable. You're just a plumber.

I have to say...This a good, efficient, honest company. I thought my water heater had gone kerplunk...Water leaking around it on the garage floor. But Tim showed up and found the problem. He found a pinhole leak in the wall behind the water heater. It was the hot water line which led me to believe it was the water heater. He saved me mucho dinero! I called that morning explaining it was urgent and they got me in even though it was a busy day for them. I WILL call them when my water heater DOES eventually bite the dust!

Referred to me by a friend and he was so right. Reuben the plumber who showed up analyzed the problem immediately upon arrival and got straight to work. Within just a little over an hour he had cleaned out my sewer and removed a broken snake that I jammed into the line when I tried to fix the problem myself. I will always call N.W. Plumbing Connection, Inc. for all my plumbing needs this was the best experience I've ever had when calling for a plumber. Highly recommended. You won't go wrong with these guys.

I wholeheartedly recommend NW Plumbing Connection Inc. after a recent sewer line repair. We had raw sewage in our basement and had been unable to use our bathroom or kitchen facilities for a full week.

Upon contact with NW Plumbing Connection, Dan P. responded immediately and professionally. He was knowledgeable and extremely calming. He thoroughly investigated and explained what the problem was, where the problem was, cleared the line and provided us with alternatives on how to repair the damage and the costs associated with each level of repair. His communication skills in keeping us informed were exemplary regarding any delays.

After his initial investigation and set up, Dan handed the excavation and install work over to Rueben and his team. Rueben's team was courteous and creative in resolving our problems. The area the line break occurred in was a steep terrain, difficult to approach. The winter weather was extremely bad with relentless hard rain, wind and hail. Despite the weather, Rueben's crew worked diligently and completed the job within the time frame originally estimated. Other than the obvious overturned earth work, the crew left my property in better condition than when they approached it. Because of their creative problem solving, the end cost was actually less than originally estimated.

Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to recommend N.W. Plumbing Connections.

They did a great job at a reasonable price compared to the big home improvement stores. Very happy with the response time, service, and price. It's hard to find reasonable plumbing services and I would definitely use them again.
