I called Northwest after hours last night and had to leave a message with an answering service. To my surprise Gary called back right away and I told him my problem. He gave me a temporary fix and offered to send someone out. The fix worked so I said let's schedule for tomorrow. The next morning he called to say his men would be here within the hour and just then the doorbell rung. It was Jason and his partner helper. They jumped right on and repaired my water heater. They were pleasant, clean and professional. This company offers GREAT customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend them for your needs.

I've used northwest 2007 for multiple work and issues. They've always done right by me and backed their work. Even fixed things that weren't their issue to fix.

This group doesn't not back their work they were dishonest and refused to help! I dont typically write bad reviews but I dont want someone else to be lied to as well sure there are a few good people that work here unfortunately a review reflects on everyone... My technician was supposed to fix a drain in which he did not do a proper fix assured they back their work call if we need anything. We were referred by a 3rd party who paid for them to do our repair and has sent them alot of business in which he will do no more due to their dishonesty... hope they get this fixed and it doesn't happen to anyone else
