A HUGE shout-out to Steve and Mike from Northwest Drains for their rapid response when our grinder pump alarm went off! Had to use a ""bucket"" for two days as we couldn't run any water, take showers, etc. Had placed calls to a couple of other businesses with no response! As you can see, Steve and Mike couldn't do anything without being supervised by their trusty boss, Essie! Thanks guys!!

We needed to get our septic inspected and my husband and I don't really know that much about them. I read a bunch of really great reviews about Northwest drains so we decided to go with them for our inspection. They came out and were very professional and prompt. As they were inspecting we were getting an education on filters that we didn't know we had and that they need a yearly cleaning. We did need to get the one of the pipes jetted because the flow was poor and they were able to do right then and there. Told us our septic was not in need of pumping at this time. Over all very impressed with the time they took to explain this to us and what the pipe flow was before jetting and what it was after. Oh and one of our lids needed replacing as it was soft, they didn't have the right one on hand but one of the guys came back and put it on later in the day and called and said it was done. They never acted like they were in a hurry to get out of there, they spent the time to educate us on the system. I will be using them for our yearly inspection and maintenance. I feel they charged a very fair price for what they did. My only disappointment was the dog Essie I have read about didn't come with them.

I made an offer on a mobile home, but I had some real concerns about where the drain field was relative to a fence that seemed to be too near the tank and at odds with the roughly drawn original septic system diagram on file with the county. So I hired this guy because I wanted to be sure where the drain field was before closing. After his inspection, he said he was not sure. Well, okay, but then he charged me my hard-earned money for not doing the job he said he could do.

Highly recommend NorthWest Drains, professional, friendly and prompt! What more can you ask for, a super sweet golden retriever you say? Well they have one on their team so all the bases are covered. They performed our septic inspection in Sequim for the sell of our home and I'm grateful we found such a great company. Thanks guys!

I can't say enough about the excellent service and response time Steve Smith and his pup Essie displayed in fixing our plugged drain field pipes. I had been noticing on occasion a sewer smell at the drain field. on Wednesday I went up after taking a shower and found water bubbling up where it should not be. On Thursday morning I called Steve at NorthWest Drains and he came out early that afternoon, diagnosed the problem (cedar roots clogging the pipes) and got right to work digging. He worked til 7:30 that night and got the system working again. He was back the next morning to finish up the repair and get the site back into condition. Steve is knowledgeable, practical in his approach, kept me well informed of his findings and the fixes and he did it all at a very reasonable price. I'm happy to recommend Steve and NorthWest Drain to anyone with septic system issues.
