North Star is awesome! Jesus and Paul were super efficient in disassembling our old water heater and installing the new one. The space was super small and they had to move our dryer out of the way as well. We just bought our first home and really appreciated them coming out and offering their expertise. Jesus noticed that I was military and offered a discount as well! I am super impressed with North Star and will continue to use them in the future when we re-do our heating as well!

Setup online and got a call quickly from Shane. She got me an appointment within two days which was much better than another company I called. Chris came promptly to my home and figured out the problem with our furnace very quickly. He fixed it and we had heat within minutes. Great experience!

My property had an issue with a wall unit so decided to give Northstar a call. The gentleman communicated with tenant and arrived on time. Left the wall heater running again and was able to take payment from me over the phone. Invoice and receipt will be emailed to me. I'm happy and tenants are as well.

From a previous remodel we ended up with a heater vent in a closet and no vent in the bathroom. I called Northstar to get a quote to cap the closet vent and add a bathroom heat vent. Their office staff responded quickly and were able to send out a technician give me a quote within a couple of days. They were quick to come back and do the work. From start to finish Northstar was punctual and professional.

I recently had a plumbing issue and called around to a few places. This place was very responsive and could schedule me within 2 days while others took longer. They had a service fee but it would be waived if you utilized the service. The plumbing tech Carlos showed up when they said they would. Carlos sent pictures and kept me updated throughout the whole time. They quoted me a reasonable price and that was it. The tech completed the job and sent me pictures of the completed job and gave a recommendation without any pressure. Would use them again.

My Nest thermostat gave a E103 error code. The air would come on and then turn off in a few seconds. I called Northstar who sent Tommy out to repair the system. Tommy arrived early, was super knowledgeable. He analytically went through the system ruling one thing out at a time. He thought he had it when he found that the chipmunk who had taken up residence in our attic earlier in the year, had chewed the coating off the wires. Yikes. That wasn't it. Then the contactor in the condenser Still not it. Tommy will return with another tech to run the wire under the house that the chipmunk no doubt munched on. My bill is fair. Tommy is ""the man"". So happy I called. Thank you Tommy, Melissa and North Star. Amazing customer service

After getting quotes from numerous Plumbing companies up on the mountain, I had Northstar the crew out to re-pipe my house in Crestline. Out with the galvi and in with PEX!

Carlos, Andrew and Jesus showed up each day when they said they would and worked some very long days. After each day, they made sure they cleaned up after themselves and secured the house before leaving.

Communication from the onsite crew and from Katie, who is back at the office, has been exceptional. Most importantly, we now have water pressure at the house! I can't begin to say how much we appreciate the hard work. Thank you to everyone at Northstar.
