Just stop here and look no more! Northstar is your go to for plumbing, heating, etc. First we had Tommy come out and tell us what the problem was. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us an estimate for what was needed. They were able to come out in a few days to install a new furnace. The installation guys were Andrew, and Jesus. They were very friendly. They were very quick in installing, and very, very clean. They both explained everything to me in regard to the new furnace, filter, and thermostat. Thank you so much for your great job! We will definitely use Northstar again!

NorthStar installed a new 7 seer system to include a room addition. The service is exceptional and the quality of work is outstanding. Couldn't have selected a better contractor. Thank you all!

Logan was very helpful today while changing our thermostat.. very knowledgeable on the material and procedures and a respectful young man at that! Definitely recommend this companies services. Not to mention he was arrived early and worked very professionally and efficiently.

Best customer service I've had in the Inland Empire, hands down. Ivan hit it out of the park--reliable, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. Takes pride in his work and doesn't overcharge or try to get you to pay for things that you don't need. I will be calling again and requesting him specifically if my air conditioner ever needs to be repaired again.

Those guys are always quick and reliable! Ivan saved us from the 86 degree indoor hell within a single day! Also, all of them are very polite and easy to talk to. We've been using their great services for two and a half years now and were never disappointed.

Northstar was quick and responsive. The first company we called on Friday to fix our leakage problem gave us an appointment for 2 weeks away. Northstar sent their rep, Logan, today, Monday!
Logan diagnosed the problem quickly and took care of it. He also removed the air filter (a difficult process) and gave us correct dimensions and how often to replace it. It was a challenging situation in that a portion of the carpet in the hallway was soaked. Logan determined the drain for the air conditioner was backed up.
With all that Logan did, the charge was a mere $39 -- amazing! Clearly Logan was knowledgeable and he was pleasant. We enjoyed him and the service he provided.

Quality service! Technician was prompt and prepared. His ability to communicate clearly about each of his service techniques. He was dressed professionally and was very courteous! I will continue to use NorthStar for all my A/C and Heating needs.

Northstar service technician was Chris Orabona and he was superb. Since the techs are the critical individual in the service, I was glad that Chris showed up on time and asked me what I thought the problem was. As a small contractor, I am fortunate to have more experience than most and asked Chris which method he would use to refill (charge) an R-22 unit that was low (there five methods that I am aware of). I have a dual zone split system (15 yr old Carrier 3 ton and 3 1/2 ton). He not only had the correct answer but also a well a stocked truck and he was using quality tools (like a Fieldpiece digital manifold gauge and scale). Chris was patience and courteous with me while answering all my questions (I probably asked more than most). The result, I have an air conditioner that working perfectly (for its age) and they have a customer for life. The cost was as agreed (no ups, no extras, no nonsense). I know I will be needed new units in the future, and I will be calling Northstar and asking for Mr. Orabona by name. I called many other companies, using many different marketplaces, and this company clearly has better business model. They did not try to make a killing on service evaluation and the result, I have a local family own business that I will be using for replacing these aging R-22 units. That is a business model that saves me money, while they are making theirs's (smaller more efficient than the regionals but larger than single sole proprietorship and more likely to there if I need warranty service).
