During this nasty heatwave our air conditioner decides to start having problems!! I had just had major surgery and was not up to researching air repair companies. I went to yelp! I found a place I had never heard of with good reviews. I took a leap of faith. They answered immediately , took my info and then
apologized for not being able to come until the next day,(I expected to have to wait a week) when they arrived, this clean, nice young guy, introduces himself and says he can help. He had to get a part but could do a bit of work and keep it working overnight. It did, he came back, finished it for the price he quoted me for!! Thank you NorthStar for hiring Cole. You hire good, capable , hardworking and knowledgeable young people to give people an honest service. I will be back!

Huge shout out to Andrew, Frank, and Zack. I had my ducts cleaned, and they did an amazing job. They went above and beyond to also clean the vents. Spotless! Extremely friendly and professional, and I can't thank them enough.

Also a huge thanks to the staff that answered the phones and took care of my appointments. Tamara, Valorie, and Melissa were all super nice and wonderful to speak with.

I can't have asked for a better experience. Thank you all very much!

Update as of 9/20 - North Star Team turned it around and resolved this issue. Luis and Jessica were empathetic of the situation and did what they could to make it right. Thank you Jessica for your follow up, engagement and execution.

I am very happy and not regretting going with Northstar.

I am writing this negative complaint because it is going on 2+ weeks with no working ac after first technician claimed to have fixed it.

I scheduled furnace service weeks ahead. Valerie called the day before to cancel, saying the tech was out sick (suspiciously, the day before Labor Day weekend). She rescheduled for a week later. The evening before the second appointment she called to cancel, saying the tech did not want to service the furnace because it was too warm; the temperature was in the 60s! Northstar obviously did not want the business and will not get any business of mine.

Same day expert service in the middle of a heatwave! Ivan was awesome! Arrived on schedule, professional and diagnosed right away. Provided me with options that met my needs considering what is best short and long-term. Took the time to explain what I needed to understand to make the best decision. Highly recommend!

Our ac unit stopped working and with the 107 degree weather the heat was unbearable.
I called a few places but non of them were available and some never answered the phone.
I called north star and they were there within 2 hours. The technician Ivan was able to diagnose and fix our issue quickly and has very friendly and honest
