Northside Plumbing is my forever plumber going forward. I was heading out of town and had to grab one thing from the basement and discovered a room with soaked carpet. A friend gave me Northside's number. Chad was headed out of town himself but was kind enough to stop by and at least turn my water off. Tyler showed up within an hour and solved the issue (burst pipe underground in the front yard). They were both nice, professional, ethical and took the time to explain things. This was Memorial Day weekend as well so really appreciated getting help so quickly.

Wow. Despite numerous challenges in a difficult situation, this team got it done. They were timely and efficient. Replacing the inlet line within a couple days. May I add that the speed at which they diagnosed the issue and exceeded the same from several competitors. Awesome

Tyler Hayes and Chad made my day. I overlooked their business by using Mr. Rooter (big company and wasting my time). Chad went above and beyond calling me when I had my toilet running. Tyler got to my house in 20 minutes. Their company is amazing. If you want good service and knowledgeable technicians these two guy are the solver. Tyler is a very nice person and so well organized with his toolbox. He had everything in his truck ready to fix the problem in my house. I wish I research them and gave them a call to save my $579 work done by that stupid company (Mr. Rooter). I will use Northside Plumbing anytime of the day from now on. Chad and his dispatcher are super nice when u call about ur problem. Took the time to listen. Don't waste your money on anyone else. Everyone around town don't know how to do their job like them.

Tyler Hayes just left my home after replacing a defective cartridge in my tub/shower. He came in with a great attitude, was very professional and assessed the situation and fixed the problem in a very short time. Farah was very friendly and accommodating when scheduling our appointment, and Chad was incredibly responsive, professional, and efficient leading up to and during the visit. Chad installed a new sink, garbage disposal, and faucet for us, and everything looks and is working perfectly! As first time homeowners, my husband and I have been dealing with a ton of vendors for a ton of different things, and not all of our experiences have been pleasant. It was very refreshing interacting with Chad and Farah, and we are so glad we don't have to worry about where to go for a plumber in the future. Thank you both!!!

Northside plumbing is awesome! Fast and friendly service. Chad came out same day to help fix a clog in our guest bathroom. He was careful not to make a mess by wiping all his tools prior to leaving the house. He was friendly and even gave advice to help remedy the situation in the future. Thanks Northside plumbing!
