I have a wall mounted toilet with an in wall toilet tank from geberit that needed a new flush valve. I called a number of plumbers and several turned me away, or said things like ""I can't guarantee we'll be able to do it"". Marcin was unfazed, came in an 20 minutes later it was taken care of. He was on time, reasonably priced, and very careful and precise. Thank you!

This was our second time hiring Northshore Plumbing to do a big job in our condo building. Marcin and his team replaced two big hot water tanks which were on the verge of collapse and a number of pipes around them. Everything about the project, from getting a quick and fair estimate to clean-up after the work was completed, was absolutely exemplary. Marcin is very professional, responsive and reliable. His plumbers are very skilled and neat.

It was so refreshing to work on a big project with a team that left no reason for us to call back and complain about one thing or another. We just called back to express our thanks for a job well done.

Good response and experience, called evening before and he came out the next morning to diagnose and fix a kitchen sink drain that was clogging over and over after I was repeatedly clearing with draino! Diagnosed and uncovered the core issue was much further up the system in my Condo building. Honest and reliable work, accurate diagnosis skills, I am very happy with the repairs!!!!

Northshore Plumbing is EXCELLENT. Excellent diagnostics, responsiveness, professionalism, knowledge, communication/relationship with clients, workers, and timeliness. We purchased a home that was recently remodeled. Very soon after the purchase, we experienced a water disaster in an upstairs bathroom that resulted in the complete destruction of our kitchen. When the walls were opened up, a much bigger issue with the existing plumbing was discovered. We learned that the house had been remodeled without permits. Our remediation contractor and the village's inspectors all said that they had never seen anything like what was done in our house. Marcin, head of Northshore Plumbing, came out and analyzed the existing plumbing nightmare and designed a solution that would enable us to keep the design of the existing remodeled bathrooms and kitchen, meet the required village plumbing codes, but also require the least amount of additional demolition to do the repairs. We found Marcin to be very honest, competitively priced and extremely customer-focused. The plumbers who were at our home for three days were extremely knowledgeable and polite, did great work, and also cleaned up at the end of each day. Needless to say, their work passed the village inspection with flying colors! Even the village inspector complimented Marcin on his work. If Northshore can fix our problem, they can fix yours!! Marcin and his team were wonderful. Our building is a strict, rule-filled nightmare to get into. Even after being treated SO poorly by one of our doormen who was taking his bad day out on the guys, Marcin kept his cool and performed the job SO quickly and professionally. As an interior designer, I'm always nervous about contractors not being respectful and careful around high end finishes whether at my home or a clients...but Northshore was SO careful and exceeded my expectations in every way. They reinstalled the insanely heavy, complicated, luxury shower panel from Fantini (the Acquapura piece) and also took a look at some malfunctioning other items in our home when they were here to come back and fix in the future. They're trustworthy, very skilled, professional, and friendly. Will definitely work with them again soon. Thank you guys!

Marcin and his team is really professional and charge a reasonable price. The previous owner didn't maintain the water heater really well before we moving into the house. And the previous plumber made some mistakes when installed the old one. My husband and me have been struggling to replace the old one for a while because we have a limited budget. I found Marcin's team on manufacturer's website. He is a licensed plumber, certified by manufacturer. So I reached him and other installers on the website. He responded the following day and gave me an unbelievable competitive price. Other people kept indicating the lower price means poor quality job. So I decided to talk to Marcin. By phone interview, I found out he is really knowledgeable and professional. He has been worked with the manufacturer for more than ten years and resolved the big recall project launched by manufacturer ten years ago. He keeps the prices reasonable because he is smart enough to use online software, such as invoice go, to reduce the overhead. sometimes people pays a lot on marketing, sales commissions and operating costs. Marcin handles marketing, sales and accounting by himself. And he doesn't outsource the installation to subcontractors. The other $$$$$ quality plumbers may spend too much on overhead. in the end customers pay for it. He also explained to me whether I need certain accessories kit depends on certain situations. As an amateur, I asked a lots of dumb questions. But Marcin explains to me with patience. I googled and found out his answers are correct. He doesn't like other salesman, who try to sell you unnecessary things or service. He is a honest plumber who can trust. On installation day, he and his team showed up on time. Did a decent job, nice, efficient and clean. And provide manufacturer warranty sheet and invoice after finishing the job. We love the new water heater.I find there is few reviews on yelp. Because it is a small team and he doesn't spend too much time in marketing. I feel it is fair to write a review online for him if other potential customers may have some concerns like me. Marcin and his team deserves it. If you are looking for an experienced licensed and honest plumber who charge reasonable, he is the person you are looking for.
