Sorry to see the bad reviews here. My experience was great! I had a leak under my kitchen sink. The guys showed up and diagnosed the problem and made a correction to the dishwasher drain hose and the leak seemed to be corrected. A few days later, the leak issue came up again. The guys came back out and made a different correction as the new leak seemed to be a different cause than the first. The did not charge me for the return visit. As with any diagnostic, it may not have been perfect...we are all human after all. However, they were willing to stand up for their work and correct it without charge. That's solid customer service! BTW, the second trip, they came immediately after the call to them and they had to stay about 90 minutes to make sure it was perfect. I'll hire them for all plumbing needs in the future!

Dishonest plumber that tries to sneak in additional charges that have not been charged in the past. Our company has used Northland Plumbing numerous times in the past and been charged a set rate. We were happy with the service and price. For this reason they were our first choice when we had plumbing issues. Then all of a sudden we are being charged ""after hours"" and ""hazard pay"" that we have not had to pay before, and was never brought to our attention until we got the bill. When I called the owner and told him I didnt agree with the charges and that I felt he was being dishonest, he told me the price was staying as is. We will not be calling Northland Plumbing again.

Scheduled an appointment and he never showed up and never called to say he wasn't showing up. Then decides to ask if he can come out three days later than the original schedule appointments when I called and asked why he didn't show up.

My property rental company brought this company over to fix a leaking pipe in driveway.
Old Jerry, he's the owner, he left his human digger here for 4-5 hours doing the digging then came back and charged me $845.
I told the property rental company about him and they said that they'd had many complaints about his crooked ways and were no longer using him.
Anyway, I definitely would never have this crook do anything for me ever again.

This nightmare all started back in Nov. of 2017, Northland plumbing was contracted through West cap to install a new gas hot water heater, for which they did, and lasted for a short time before blowing up in my face when I tried to light it.
They replaced the defective unit and to this day I still am without any hot water, going on 1/2 year, YES 6 months, they would always say after coming back several times (well, don't know how long this will last), as a business person for over 4 decades, I GUARANTY MY WORK!!!!!!!!
So now I have to file all these complaints, to the ADA, Federal trade commission, Attorney general etc.

What a GREAT Guy Jerry is! Soft Spoken, but KNOWS his stuff! We had a leaky spigot coming out of the wall. Jerry got it fixed. In a town of not great plumbers, Jerry stands out as a Star! We HIGHLY recommend using Jerry and Northland Plumbing in Sedona.

After a home remodel by another contractor, we could never get hot water at the kitchen sink. Jerry came to investigate the problem just before Christmas and diagnosed the problem in a minute. The circulation pump was install incorrectly. He fit us into his busy schedule and fixed the problem two days later. Everything works great now.

If you own a home, you know that annoying sound of water running when you know nothing's turned on. An outside spigot had failed and was drowning the garden. I called the competitor with the fancy website that makes them look like they have a team of plumbers. There was only one guy and his 24 hour emergency suggestion was for me to wait three hours until he could get there. Yeah, right.

Next, I called Northland. They asked me if I knew where the main was, and while I did, there was a slimy looking critter curled up around the handle and I wasn't about ready to put my hand near it. The plumber suggested that the water company would come out and turn it off until he could get there. Thank you! I hadn't thought of that.

The plumber arrived on time. He was courteous and especially careful not to track red dust into my home. He said the spigot was old. But instead of knocking a hole in my brick wall to put in a new one, he simply replaced the parts, at a very fair price.

Loved this plumber. Won't be calling anyone else.

This guy Jerry Humphrey is a complete liar and can not be trusted. Was waiting on him for a job on 6-1-14 it got to be around noon and called him he said his girlfriend dog died. He never called or was going to call to say he could not make it. He then hung up the phone on me! He then called back and said he did not want to do the job at all and would return my check for his work to be done the next day. Guess what never showed up at all of called. What a complete disgrace I would never ever use this guy. Plus this guy was fefered to me by another contractor I told him what happend at least he said he was sorry! DONT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL
