Just sold a home in an area of the Twin Cities that requires a sewer line inspection and repair before any sale. Obtained bids and had the pipe scoped by four different companies and Don from Northland Lining hit it out of the park. Excellent communication with me, he worked well with the city inspector on my behalf, suggested ways to control cost, was able to squeeze us in despite having already made some other commitments, followed up after job completion. Could not have imagined a better experience about a topic on which I never had a desire to learn anything about. Would rehire again in a minute.

Called and requested an estimate to have our house sewer line lined. Don from the Southern division of the company initially called me back and we discussed what was needed, and he asked me to send him my video inspection of my line, and a city contact since the city was the one mandating the fix. I emailed this to him, and followed up with multiple emails and phone calls on attempting to get the estimate. He never called me back, never emailed either. If they weren't able to do the job, that's fine but common courtesy would've been to at least let the customer know. Not a good look.
