Northland HVAC was founded in the mid-20th century, providing services to Southfield in the residential market. In the year 1993, Diversified Heating & Cooling, with 42+ years of industry knowledge in the commercial and industrial market, acquired Northland HVAC as they recognized that residential properties had become equally complex as the market they were serving. Our belief as a Company is to assess the whole building whether it is a private residence, a commercial property or industrial to identify the best solution for climate control and air quality indoors with focus on energy reduction with cutting-edge testing capabilities and strategies.

Diversified Heating & Air began in the year 1987 as a result of 42+ years of experience servicing the commercial and industrial markets. We saw that home structures had become as complex as the commercial sector we were serving and that our knowledge would enable us to meet these needs as well. In 1993, we acquired Farmington Hills Heating & Cooling and Northland HVAC, catering to the residential market since 1957.
