We used them for a water line busted in the ground from the meter to the house, the owner took my call the night before and had a quote for us the next morning before breakfast. The quality repair was completed before the kids even got off the bus. I definitely recommend these guys they go go go.

They installed a hot water heater for me. Quoted a reasonable price. Sent a crew of 3 and were in and out in a couple of hours. Its been six months with no problems. We also used them to check a bathroom leak. They made a cheap and simple fix that has held up. We had another plumbing company under a home warranty that required tearing out a ceiling, calling a mold remediation company, and taking multiple trips to diagnose and fix a similar problem. Northlake will save you money. I wish there was more weekend availability for non-emergency appointments. But I would still recommend them over other plumbing companies.

I am so happy with the work Northlake Plumbing has done for me. Both times I have called them, they were able to come out so quickly. And, they were able to start the work the same day. Yesterday they replaced the main water line to my house. It was a huge job that took all day. They came back a second day to clean up and, boy, were they true to their word! They promised that it wouldn't be noticeable that they had been there. I came home from work and they were so right! My driveway was completely back together, even with the pine straw back where it had been. Very impressive!

My wife dropped an earring down the bathroom sink drain. I called Northlake and they came out immediately. They were fast, efficient, friendly and honest. My previous plumber -- who I've used since moving here -- couldn't come out today. I was surprised at how much cheaper Northlake was! They charged me the minimum and even did some extra work that they found needed to be done. They just became our regular plumber!

Walter, the owner, worked me in on a busy Friday before a holiday weekend and solved our semi-emergency situation with a leaking pipe in the basement. Dennis & Joe showed up and replaced a portion of the broken pipe, which involved digging a good sized hole outside in 95 degree weather, then drilling through the concrete foundation to install the new line. They were friendly, professional, and very efficient. When they were through outside they cleaned up, replaced the pine straw, and you would never know they were there. Their price was reasonable. No one looks forward to having to call a plumber, but if I ever need their service again, Northlake is who I will call.

Northlake was able to come out on the same day and fix our burst pipe. They were prompt, efficient, and their price was very reasonable. Another big name company told us that we needed additional work done (would cost thousands), that's when we decided to call Northlake after reading their reviews. I'm so glad we did! We called Northlake Plumbing when a previous company walked out in the middle of a job and left us without a functioning water heater. They sent Pete the Plumber who showed up on time and installed the repair part previously received from the manufacturer Rheem. Pete was very cordial and efficient. He was able to successfully complete the repairs in a timely manner so we can resume our daily life. Based on our experience I would definitely recommend Northlake Plumbing.

I had to come back a second time to give Northlake Plumbing a superior rating. Once again, Mr. Walter (the owner) was very compassionate concerning another emergency situation that I had at my home. The toilet in my small powder room flooded and it caused water to leak on my tile, a portion of my hardwood floors and into a room in my basement. Mr. Walter sent Eddie (a 29-year veteran of the company) and he did a fantastic job of assessing the problem and the crew jumped right on the job. Eddie used a camera to find the damage and explained the problem before they dug up my yard. He discovered a huge hole in my pipe and a home made cover that was placed on top of the hole (by a prior plumbing company) that botched up the job. In addition, Eddie showed me the huge root that was clogging up my pipe as a result of the first plumbing company patching up the pipe. Further, Eddie explained everything in detail and I was given a fair price my Mr. Walter. I would highly recommend Northlake Plumbing again and I will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs. Finally, Northlake Plumbing did an outstanding job repairing my leak and completed the job with excellence.
