They have always been polite, knowledgeable, on time, pleasant. They have installed hot water heaters for me, fixed leaky faucets, leaky pipes, garbage disposals...the list goes on. They answer your questions. They have also been good in helping my clients and others I have referred to them. Their prices are very fair and I think Northlake Plumbing is the best in the business! These guys have done work for me a few times now and are always courteous and careful. They do good and thorough work, and the one time something didn't go right, they came back out quickly to remedy the issue. I doubt they're the cheapest in the area, but I value good work and being able to count on them over lowest price when it comes to plumbing. I would recommend them.

These guys came to fix leaks in several pipes, fixed toilets and installed a new hot water heater. They were very professional, knowledgeable cared about doing the job right and not doing unnecessary work. The prices were reasonable and they did a fine job.

Zero didn't show up for first appointment ( no call) , didn't show up for rescheduled appointment ( no call) showed up for third rescheduled 8 hours late! NO CONSIDERATION FOR ANYONES TIME OBVIOUSLY! What is going on anymore. How much work do they think a person can miss without incident!

Called in the evening and was told that i would receive a call the next morning to schedule a call which was fine. After 10 am on Friday morning Called back and was told I would receive a call around 3 in the afternoon and that they could probably take care of my small replacement. Still have never received a call.

Northlake Plumbing replaced my water line (service to the house). They were respectful, considerate, and had high standards. I had called at 5:30 pm or so one evening, and by 4:05 pm the next day they were done! I had some picky requests about the way the sod was put back over the holes, and they worked with me, even redoing a portion of the work already finished. They weren't the cheapest quote I got (slightly higher than my other option), but I was impressed by the salesman, who, with another team member completed the work. Their conversation, even when something went wrong, was free of offensive language. The original employee/salesman delivered as promised, maintaining a positive attitude the whole time, though it was clearly grueling work.

I highly recommend Northlake plumbing. David came out within 24-hours of my call to unclog my shower drain and replace my garbage disposal. He showed me how to reset the disposal if I ever had any issues and helped me fill out the warranty. The price was affordable and I will definitely be using Northlake again!
