Skip came out to investigate a leak. I was convinced it was the toilet wax ring. But after extensive testing, it was determined the problem was with the tub & shower. Very nice job ensuring the the right problem was identified!

I had Elmer and Chris out to go through a laundry list of items that I needed done and they were honest and up front about how long and how much everything would be so I could make informed decisions about what services they provided. They ended up replacing my main shut off valve, a utility sink and replacing my old water softener. They did great work and were done within a few hours then walked through everything I should know about the work being done going forward. Not once did I feel like I was being upsold things I did not need that might add more cost. Would recommend highly.

I am very pleased with the service from Northern plumbing. I thought I had a water softener leak and may need a new water softener. I called late in the day on Monday and Chris arrived promptly on Tuesday afternoon. Chris could have told me I needed a whole new softener. Instead, he figured out one of my toilets was constantly running. He also could've sold me a bunch of new parts for my toilet. Instead, he was able to remove the sediment and shorten the chain. He also checked my water and said it looked great. He saved me potentially THOUSANDS of dollars. I strongly recommend Northern Plumbing and will never use another plumber again!
