Curtis C.I reached out to our local plumbers for an estimate for some plumbing and HVAC work on our place. I was pleased that the estimator came out promptly as scheduled. We are looking at adding a wash room to our garage, on demand hot water, heating and cooling the whole works. That was June 9th, as of today we have yet to receive our quote. I have called the office a couple of times and they said they would pass on the message, we have reached out to the estimator. Nada. We try to keep our work local, but I am concerned that a lack of follow up and customer service could be reflective of a bigger issue.
