good luck getting them to come out to do anything. I've tried two times over a year to get them to look at our split AC and for a plumbing leak. I was told about two weeks, I said fine. Two weeks later, nothing. no call to reschedule, nothing. dont waste your time.

I would not use this company again. We had problem after problem with a new build. Even a main gas line leak, that was caused from pulling pipes through framing, could have been deadly and pressure was evidently not verified. Gas company had to find the leak as they would not. Also had to come back to fix problems they caused by poor workmanship and charged us for it. Done and Done.

Tim and crew have done a great job on HVAC projects for us for years. Our most recent project, renovating and finishing our large basement space, was a big one. Northern Air replaced our 24 year-old furnace and A/C with a new high-efficiency two-stage Carrier model, and MOVED its location at our request across the room to open up the space and allow for better design flow. They were able to widen ducts, too, so that they were less high, also greatly enhancing our new space. During our whole-house reno upstairs, they were instrumental in installing new sinks, toilets, etc. We couldn't have done it without them and highly recommend them. Thanks, Tim and company!
