Its great to have a local company that will sell to the public. I was pleasantly surprised when they called me back (@ busy counter time) like they promised and when I said I would be there the next morning to pick up the part, it was sitting right there on the counter waiting for me, ready to go!
And to top it off, their price for the exact factory replacement was significantly less than anything on the internet (Amazon, Ebay, etc).
My only regret is that it would have been easier to find them in my internet searches. Goes to show that the internet does not know all...
