Northeast Texas Disposal started in 1993, focusing on septic tank cleaning for our clients.

Leslee R took over the business in 2008 and has expanded our services to encompass grease trap pumping, septic system installation, and aerobic septic maintenance.

Leslee's career in the wastewater field began in high school, where he worked for his parents at their septic installation business.

Following graduation, he worked with them until he started his own company in 2008.

Under Leslee's leadership, Northeast Texas Disposal has become one of the top companies in the wastewater field.

He has increased our service portfolio to feature septic and grease trap pumping, septic system installation, and aerobic septic maintenance.
