We used a shower mushroom to catch hairs in the shower, and eventually it slipped down the drain. All our efforts to retrieve it were futile. We called Northeast Rooter Sewer & Drain Service and Walt sent Brett very fast. The estimate is free, so after taking a look Brett told us of the price range; we appreciated knowing what to expect even before the work was performed. Then he got to work and tried several approaches until he managed to remove the shower mushroom (which could have clogged the pipes badly)--problem solved!

Brett was timely, honest, imaginative and very professional. We appreciated his help, and we will keep Northeast Rooter Sewer & Drain Service in mind for future service!

I called Walt about a drain issue I had in my basement. He sent his son Brett out within 30 mins. Brett couldn't have been more respectful and explained the issue throughly. Affordable and very friendly family run company. I am going to tell all my friends and family to use them if they have any pipe issues.

Called these guys to unclog a bathtub drain, which they did. However, while unclogging the bathtub the technician caused sediment to back up into the downstairs bathroom sink which then caused water and sediment to flow all over floor. He didn't clean the water on the floor up, I had to. Then when I noticed that the sediment was caught in the trap, because the water was taking forever to drain from the sink, he wanted to charge me to take the trap off and clean it out. The trap that HE caused the clog in. So they charged me an outrageous amount to basically flood my bathroom and run a snake down the drain. I would not recommend using their services.
