We moved into a complicated home with well water and 8 acres and so forth...in Armonk about a year ago. We originally used Sila and the experience was TERRIBLE. I can't recall how we found Peter (owner of Northeast Radiant) but thank goodness we did. He is now our plumber, well water guru and heat/air guru. His wife, Gina, schedules appointments and is completely responsive and wonderful to work with. They may be family-owned but to be clear, they have state of the art equipment, services and technicians. They are extremely advanced in their field so I don't at all mean to convey this is a ""mom and pop"" business; they are ultra professional.

This house is beyond complicated - totally custom and painfully expensive to figure out - and Peter came in to clear up a long list of issues with precision. If you want 5-star service and no ""run-around"" results, call them. They won't swindle you and they won't let you down. You get exactly what you pay for and you don't have to go back a second time for the same issue. I'm learning that in Westchester, that's invaluable.
