Looking for a fly by night contractor. Look no further. This company will charge full price but end up only do a fraction of the work. We asked that they share some camera footage before jetting our drains and they didn't share anything and came out and jetting one downspout for under a half hour for $800 dollars. It's not clear if that is the price per drain or the half hour rate because they never sent an invoice. They also strong armed my wife to give them a check before they left, even though they only jetted one (already cleaned a year prior) downspout, which probably didn't even need to be cleaned. I asked for them to share the footage before starting the work, but they did not. When I said I was disappointed that they did half the work for the full price they didn't respond to multiple requests for the paid invoice for our records. This company is a scam, we've had great experiences with a numerous plumbers in Lakewood, we should have ignored a recommendation to call Chris Baggot and Northeast Plumbing and Mechanical. I'm reporting this scam artist to the BBB. Avoid them at all costs.

Run. What could be a minor issue became a $900 issue in a matter of minutes. The individual showed a total lack of knowledge about basic plumbing in a home.

I had to have some valves replaced for a new washer I bought & Home Depot sent out Coty. He did such a great job I called his company to have them come back out for a quote for other work. They sent out William & Alex the next day.
All these gentlemen have great customer service and knowledge in the field. They were not pushy and did not try to up sell on anything which I really appreciate. Very respectful of me,my dog and my property. They cleaned up the work areas very well. I highly recommend them. Also Trish & Gayle in the office were very nice helping me to get scheduled for my appointments even when I didn't know the technical terms for things I needed done.
I will be using this company again in the future for my plumbing needs. Plus their prices were actually reasonable compared to other companies. Also I love the text service that tells you who is coming, how far away in minutes, also track them on their way.

Phone response with Chris and Sunny was excellent, set up an appointment easily for just a few days from initial call. Time set was between 1:00 and 3:00pm. Bill arrived after a text saying he'd be there in 4 minutes, he did and arrived at 1:08 or close to it. The repair was accomplished quickly. After asking lots of questions about surrounding potential issues we were assured we were fine with no upselling attitude. Great experience. Great people. Gabriel was great too.
Will certainly ask for their help in the future if needed.

I had a plumbing problem on Friday the 21st just before Christmas. I called Northeast Plumbing based on a recommendation from a neighbor. I was very glad I did. Felicia was very courteous and said she was able to arrange for Jack and Tim to stop buy to fix the problem.

They saw what needed to be done and resolved the problem quickly. They took great care not to make a mess and they cleaned up the little bit of mess that was caused when the clog was fixed.

I never expected service that fast just before the holiday. Professional all the way. I was also pleased and surprised that the bill was quite reasonable.

If you need a plumber, you should give them a call. I am certainly glad I did.

Poor install on a hot water tank. This company was subcontracted by Cleveland Water's plumbing insurance program. The crew sent out were two sarcastic kids. They knocked all the mortar out around the chimney and caused old solder joints to leak by twisting the copper pipes to line up with the new tank. The owner took a look at the work, and charged me to repair the plumbing that his crew damaged.

We used Northeast at our old house to replace shut off valves and were pleased. So we called them when our new (larger, more ornate) house on a nicer street needed replacement valves about 6 months later. Now, all of the sudden, the EXACT same shut off replacements were about $60 more per valve!
We're in need of a plumber again but when I saw these guys are recommended so high, I wanted to say my peace!

I'm so impressed with the service. Called in the morning & they were at my house within the hour. Fixed the leaking toilet & price was lower than expected. Even gave helpful advice for future plumbing & furnace needs.
