Sabrina M.Have had Muller servicing my furnace for many years. Called them last month to look at a slow leak on my hot water tank. They said it would cost $2200 and could go at anytime or last for another year. This week it began to leak on my floor so I call them on Thursday morning and still have not heard from them as of Friday night. I went on home advisors website with my issue on same Thursday at noon and received a call within the hour. A plumber came to my house that day and replaced it with the same high-end unit for $1500! Not sure what is going on with Muller Heating and Plumbing but I will never use them again. Terrible service and highway robbery.
