These people are a disaster. I had them install a high efficiency gas boiler through the MassSave program. I'm putting base board heating in my basement and three different plumbers have told me they installed it improperly--didn't even follow the schematic. One plumber took photos, sent them to the manufacturer, and spoke with the company engineer and he confirmed they screwed it up. Of course, Northeast won't return my calls. I have no idea what it will cost to fix it, but looks like small claims court is in my future.

I bought a new, natural gas steam boiler for my rental property and it died less than 5 years later. This company does not answer service calls at all. They don't return phone calls. Why would anyone even consider using an installer that doesn't service their own equipment.

I would like to second the rating below and say that I wish I could give them zero stars. They installed a completely new heating system a few months ago, but as it was summer, we did not use it. Now, we tried to use it and it completely does not work. We tried calling and leaving messages and they won't get back to us. I'm pretty sure they are a scam!

This time last year I hired Northeast Plumbing (recommended from MaSave) to install a Navies Gas Heated sold to me by Northeast Plumbing. Installation seemed to go well as we converted from Oil. From day one the first floor has been a problem heating while the second floor heats like it was suppose to. After several furgal attempts by Northeast Plumbing to remedy the problem they couldn't figure it out and just simply gave up. Of course they cashed the check int a timely manner. Now here it is going into another heating season and I can even get them to return my calls.

I agreed, I would give this company a ""zero"" star if i can. This company installed a new heating system for our home. Later, we reported to them that there are a lot of noise came from the heating system, and is not a normal, and it took them months to come back to diagnose the problem. Then, they blamed on the manufacturer issues. Never come back. Left such a poor workmanship!!

If Yelp allowed zero stars, that's what I'd give. Use this company at your own peril. They installed a heating/AC system in our new home and it's been nothing but problems. Leak started right away. One bathroom was left without heat (The duct work ""wouldn't fit"" where it was supposed to. There was ""nothing they could do."") First floor is freezing in the winter; roasting in the summer. Damaged our new, hardwood floors when the (unlicensed) helper used a Sawsall to cut vent openings. Altogether heartbreaking experience.

I don't like give even one star, if I had choice! Very bad and
Rude receptionist name Kathy. Not only she has delay about when you are talking to her about problem, but also she doesn't have focus and doesn't listen when a client taking, and none stop will jump into middle of conversation and asking none since question!!!
Recently bought new furnes but it doesn't work properly and called them many times to send specialist and fix the problem. Unfortunately each time I'm calling our conversation ends up to argue. They just want to get money. Even wont follow up to make sure everything is ok or not.
Don't make a contract or buy anything from this company.
