""BEWARE AND DONT LET THEM HANG A TOILET PAPER HOLDER"". Too bad I cant give ZERO starts. Scam artist liars. Dont trust them to hang your toilet paper holder. Did my HVAC & Plumbing for a new build. HVAC was supposed to be 2 zones ( and I paid for the two zones ) he put thermostat upstairs that didnt work. I questioned why the upstairs heat and ac weren't working and they told me that its the thermostat and they will replace it but they lied and there is only one zone!!! In the meantime the AC unit only used once wasnt working. I reached out to his son because they told me he had a medical issue he was dealing with (which was an issue every week) but the son never responded so I texted him again that if he doesn't respond by tonight I will be hiring someone else to fix it and take it off his final payment. Come to find out they used really small flimsy, left over copper tubing probably from other jobs, as there was a connection every 2 ft., and all the connections were loose. The tubing was so flimsy that when they pinched it together by the compressor it leaked out all the freon from there and from inside the pipes in the ceiling. In addition, they used the wrong size tubing yet again in my garage for a heater. They used single wall tubing with not enough clearance for a garage heater and the code is for a double wall with clearance, which could have resulted in a fire, and my siding is log. They left the caps on ( they put them on to do a pressure test) the washer drain which caused a flood and ruined my just finished basement ceiling and sons closet, and now I found my tub drain was very slow to drain and I see that theres a cap let on there as well.
I am not done! There was a toe kick vent in my kitchen that was the only space to put heat and air and it doesn't work, along with several other vents in the basement that don't blow any air.
They had me open walls once they were closed because they forgot to run ducts in my upstairs bathroom. They had to re height the plumbing for my 2nd floor vanity twice, so more walls opening, and re routed vents through closets because they forgot to put them in initially.
God only knows what other disasters may be coming along.
The other big problem is the stupid endless excuses as to why they couldn't come to work. Gave me tons of medical excuses for the father, not to mention tire issues, window wiper issues, sister in labor for about a week ( like honestly, were they helping her push??? ). Just found out the pipe to water heater should be 3/4 but they only put half inch which will never be strong enough to run everything together. They wanted to be paid in advance for everything and a hefty down payment. The final payment is not nearly enough to cover the corrections needed to bring the home up to code and up to the service they charged us for. What a nightmare!!!!
Hired Kleinbauer Mechanical LLC and I cannot be happier working with Honest Professionals ,Christopher and Jason to get my HVAC working and correct the incompetency of northeast mechanical!

No show for an estimate, we called, no answer, guess they don't need the business????

Sued them and won in small claims court in May 2023 and they haven't paid . Their knowledge and installation of Mitsubishi mini split HVAC units was awful. Response times to fix their faulty installation was terrilbe. All I got was lies, and excuses about their personal problems. I had to hire another hvac company to fix their shoddy work.
